ORGANIC STATION SARL-S and its Internet customers (“The customer or Buyer”)

Terms of Sales

Prior to any transaction, the customer acknowledges having read them and expressly declares accepting them when creating their account on our store.

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the general conditions of sale stated on the screen (name, price, components, weight, quantity, color, particularities of the products, cost of services, etc.) and expressly declares accepting them without reservation. The placing of the order and its confirmation by the customer, materialize his full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of sale, only applicable to the order.

Products

The photographs illustrating the products offered are not contractual. If errors are introduced, in no case can ORGANIC STATION SARL-S be held liable. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to check with the local authority in his country about any restrictions on the import and use of the products he plans to order.

The products presented on the site are generally available. However, a product may not be able to be delivered. This missing product will then be deducted from the order and will not be invoiced. In this case an information note will appear on the delivery note. ORGANIC STATION SARL-S does its utmost to ensure that the majority of products are always available.

The simple fact of adding a product in the basket does not constitute validation of the order. The product may become unavailable between the time of adding to the basket and the final shipment of the order by the customer.

Orders

The customer places an order by clicking on the “add to cart” tab. The order is the subject of a summary including all the elements that the customer confirms by clicking on the button “Place Order”

Any order automatically generates an order confirmation sent by email to the customer’s address indicated when registering their contact details.

ORGANIC STATION SARL-S reserves the right not to honor an order during a dispute with the customer.

ORGANIC STATION SARL-S reserves the right to contact the customer in the event of a large order in order to verify the accuracy of the latter.

In the case of an automatic order, the customer agrees to be delivered weekly on the same day and during the same time slot and this uninterrupted until modification by the customer.

He accepts that the prices may fluctuate after the automatic order is activated. The prices of each of the products in the automatic order will be likely to increase or decrease, depending on market trends.

Order confirmation

ORGANIC STATION SARL-S confirms the acceptance of its order by e-mail. The sale will not be concluded until the order has been confirmed by ORGANIC STATION SARL-S.

ORGANIC STATION SARL-S reserves the right to not confirm an order in special circumstances, related to the supply of products, a problem concerning the order received (eg: illegible document), an abnormal order … ORGANIC STATION SARL- S will inform the customer by any means.

Any new order can only be made after regular payment by the customer of the sums due in respect of his previous orders. The same will apply to the transfer of ownership of the goods, which will only be complete upon receipt of the sums owed by the customer to ORGANIC STATION SARL-S.

Delivery conditions

The place and date of delivery of the goods are chosen by the customer when ordering. ORGANIC STATION SARL-S reserves the right to use any logistics provider at its convenience to deliver products to the address specified by the customer. Deliveries are made on the territory of Luxembourg as well as the geographical areas served by the carrier.

Terms and delivery times

Delivery will be made by post or by carrier.

Delivery is made within 2 to 3 working days for Luxembourg (4 to 6 working days internationally) from receipt of your payment, subject to product availability, to the address indicated by the customer.

In case of absence, the Buyer will collect the package according to the terms proposed by the delivery person.

Any delays do not entitle the Buyer to claim damages.

The maximum delivery time following an Internet purchase is 30 days. Beyond this limit the customer can request a full refund of the amount he has paid either by check or transfer or by vouchers.

We strongly recommend that you check your package upon receipt while the delivery person is still with you, in order to immediately make the usual “reservation” in the event of a package that is torn, open, in poor condition .., ”reservation” you will sign. If this reservation is not made by you, it will be impossible for us to turn against the carrier in the event of loss of items contained in the package or damage.

The goods always travel at the risk and peril of the recipient.

The Buyer is required to check his package on arrival. He has 24 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in the event of a breach or damage. For reasons of availability, ORGANIC STATION SARL-S may deliver an order in several installments. However, the Buyer will only pay the costs for a single delivery.

If the Buyer wants 2 delivery locations, he places 2 orders, and pays the delivery costs for each of the two orders.

Are considered as force majeure releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver, war, riot, pandemics, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied.

Delivery costs

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They are defined according to the chosen carrier and the geographic area of ​​the buyer and the weight of the package. For any basket greater than or equal to € 30, excluding delivery costs, these will be free (i.e. free of charge € 30) for the following country: Luxembourg. For the following countries: France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, delivery costs are free from a basket greater than or equal to € 65.

The customer who notices damaged or missing products must file a complaint with the ORGANIC STATION SARL-S Customer Service by E-mail within 24 hours maximum.

All events, such as force majeure, disaster, strike, pandemic, administrative decision or stoppage of transport, which would tend to delay, prevent and make exorbitant the execution of the supply constitute, by express agreement, a suspension clause. or extinction of the obligations of ORGANIC STATION SARL-S, without compensation for the benefit of the customer if the event lasts beyond 15 days. The customer will in this case be fully and automatically disengaged from his obligations under his order.

ORGANIC STATION SARL-S will inform the customer by any appropriate means and on the same day of the existence of such an event, in order to allow the latter to freely disengage from his order(s) by means of a simple reply by mail or email following the information given to him.

When the delivery of the goods to the customer is not possible because of the latter, ORGANIC STATION SARL-S reserves the right to charge him a flat-rate contribution to the preparation costs of € 15 including tax.

Carrier

Deliveries are made by POST Luxembourg during normal office hours. Please select the shipping address so that someone can receive the package.

Price

All prices indicated are in Euros and include Luxembourg VAT. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by ORGANIC STATION SARL-S. Payment for products and services is made by credit card, in a secure environment on our provider’s server. The customer’s credit card will be debited in Euros immediately after acceptance of the order by ORGANIC STATION SARL-S, which retains ownership of the product(s) until full payment of the price of (or of) product(s) and services by the customer. Unless there is a display error, we guarantee the prices indicated. ORGANIC STATION SARL-S cannot be held responsible for a display error.

Username and Password

The username and password will be used as electronic signature when confirming the order.

The customer is solely responsible for his username and password. ORGANIC STATION SARL-S cannot be held responsible in the event of a resulting loss and/or dishonest use. In the event of forgetting the password, the customer has a function on the site allowing him to find it and/or change it if necessary.

Payment Terms

The ordered product(s) will be delivered in return for your payment by credit card (Credit card, Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Paypal, Bancontact, Giropay, iDeal, Satispay).

Personal data security

ORGANIC STATION SARL-S is obliged to protect your privacy. All personal data collected during your connection to our merchant site will only be used to process your order. We will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to anyone (including third parties).

By giving us your e-mail address and your mobile number, ORGANIC STATION SARL-S reserves the right to send you by email or on your mobile number any information concerning our products, our current promotions or our latest news.

Disputes

This contract is subject to Luxembourg law.

ORGANIC STATION SARL-S cannot be held liable for any damage of any kind, whether material, immaterial or bodily, which could result from a malfunction or misuse of the products sold. It is the same for any modifications of the products resulting from the manufacturers.

The responsibility of ORGANIC STATION SARL-S will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be blamed for simple errors or omissions which may have remained despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products.

It is recalled that compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual guarantee presupposes:

– that the Buyer honor his financial commitments to the seller,

– for operations requiring high technicality, that no third party not approved by the seller or the manufacturer intervenes for the repair of the device,

– that the Buyer uses the device or the products in the normal way.

Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith being always presumed in those who take the trouble to explain their situation.

In the event of a dispute, the Buyer will first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution.

Right to retract

For non-perishable products only, the customer has a right of withdrawal allowing him to return them without giving a reason. This right of withdrawal must be exercised within a period of 14 days which runs from the day of receipt of the goods. The return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Only products not damaged and with original packaging will be refunded or exchanged. The Buyer also undertakes to send a written withdrawal request by email to contact@organicstation.lu before returning the goods.
